Service Frequency Options

Preferred Plan – 40 Visits Per Year (Most Popular)Our most commonly selected plan provides weekly maintenance from March through September and biweekly service from October through February— totaling 40 services annually. Adjustments may be made for weather conditions. We can also customize this package some so ensure your property is getting the correct amount of TLC throughout the year!

Minimal Plan – 26 Visits Per YearThis biweekly, year-round plan includes 26 visits annually. Please note: during warm seasons, rapid grass growth may lead to higher service fees and potential lawn damage. We do not recommend this plan during peak growing months due to possible issues like thatch buildup and increased wear on equipment.

Ultimate Plan – 52 Visits Per YearThis weekly, year-round service plan offers the most complete coverage— perfect for clients who want their lawn looking immaculate every week. This is ideal for properties with winter Rye seeding, heavy leaf drop, or customers seeking consistent green lawn maintenance through all seasons.

Basic Lawn Maintenance

MowingPerformed with zero-turn mowers or push mowers (available upon request). We recommend a mowing height between 3.25”–5” based on grass type and condition. We follow a grasscycling practice—clippings are left to nourish the soil naturally. For minimal service plans, clippings are dispersed using a blower.

EdgingClean, defined lines along hardscapes such as walkways, driveways, patios, and garden borders using string trimmers or blade edgers.

String TrimmingHard-to-reach areas are trimmed with precision around landscaping, structures, and obstacles.

BlowingAll surfaces are blown clean, including patios, decks, driveways, air conditioning units, and vehicles, for a neat finish.
Basic Landscape Maintenance

Weed RemovalManual pulling and/or selective herbicide applications to control weed growth in landscape beds.

Mulch FluffingMulch is turned and refreshed to preserve color and extend the life of the material. (Does not include adding new mulch)
Maintenance Packages

VIP Lawn & Landscape MaintenanceIncludes both Basic Lawn Maintenance and Basic Landscape Maintenance for a complete care package.

VIP Lawn & Landscape Maintenance PLUS TrimmingEverything included in the VIP plan plus plant trimming 3–4 times per year (frequency depends on plant type). Trimming include landscape trees and shrubs that are under 10ft. Hauling away of debris may be additional cost

All-Inclusive Lawn & Landscape MaintenanceOur most comprehensive service. Includes all VIP PLUS services, annual mulching, and the optional addition of seasonal annual flower installations. We typically install two trays of annuals per season (spring and fall) for a total of four trays per year. Mulch type and quantity will be specified according to your preferences.
